Deathspeaker's Pendant is a Unique Item with the following stats and effects:

    • Blood Skill Damage
    • Summoning Skill Damage
    • Essence Cost Reduction
    • Ranks of the Coalesced Blood Passive
  • Blood Surge casts a mini nova on your Minions, dealing [X] damage. Damage is increased by 10% per target drained by the initial cast, up to 50%.

    • Once a sanctum for Rathma's studies, the Temple of the Deathspeaker became a proving grounds for potential leaders of his priesthood. Its halls are filled with the corpses of those who failed.

    Deathspeaker's Pendant was added into the game during Diablo 4 Season 0 (Base game release).

    Deathspeaker's Pendant Item Stats

    Like all Uniques, Deathspeaker's Pendant is a little different than your typical item.

    Locked Stats: Deathspeaker's Pendant will always roll these stats: Blood Skill Damage, Summoning Skill Damage, Essence Cost Reduction, Ranks of the Coalesced Blood Passive. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

    Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Deathspeaker's Pendant will always roll with: Resistance to All Elements as it's inherent stat.

    Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

    Deathspeaker's Pendant will only drop for its class: In this case, Necromancer. I haven't personally gotten an off-class unique, if it does happen - it's probably very uncommon. You can say it's a unique event.
