    Fists of Fate Item Stats

Like all Uniques, Fists of Fate is a little different than your typical item.

Locked Stats: Fists of Fate will always roll these stats: Lucky Hit: Up to a 10% Chance to Gain [X]% Damage for 4 Seconds, Lucky Hit: Up to a 5% Chance to Restore [X]% Primary Resource, Lucky Hit: Up to a [X]% Chance to Immobilize, Lucky Hit: Up to a [X]% Chance to Daze. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Fists of Fate will always roll with: as it's inherent stat.

Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

Being a "general" unique, it (THANKFULLY) will still only drop for classes that can actually "use" or "trigger" its effect.

I'll also be updating each unique with general thoughts on
    their power level and usefulness.
