Fleshrender (Unique Item)

Fleshrender is a Unique Item with the following stats and effects:

  • Overpower Damage
    • Damage while Shapeshifted
    • Damage to Poisoned Enemies
    • Core Skill Damage
    • Ranks of All Defensive Skills
  • Casting a Defensive Skill deals damage to Nearby Poisoned enemies, increased by x15% for every 100 Willpower you have.

    Fleshrender was added into the game during Diablo 4 Season 1 .

    Fleshrender Item Stats

    Like all Uniques, Fleshrender is a little different than your typical item.

    Locked Stats: Fleshrender will always roll these stats: Damage while Shapeshifted, Damage to Poisoned Enemies, Core Skill Damage, Ranks of All Defensive Skills. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

    Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Fleshrender will always roll with: Overpower Damage as it's inherent stat.

    Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

    Fleshrender will only drop for its class: In this case, Druid. I haven't personally gotten an off-class unique, if it does happen - it's probably very uncommon. You can say it's a unique event.
