Fractured Winterglass is a Unique Item with the following stats and effects:

    • Vulnerable Damage
  • Casting Frozen Orb has a [35 - 50%] chance to spawn a random Conjuration when it explodes.Lucky Hit: Your Conjurations have up to a [50 - 70%] chance to launch a Frozen Orb at Nearby enemies.

    • Winterglass refracts light and also manipulates mana - forming complex arrays of spells and enchantments. These distinct characteristics posses great power, yet the outcomes remain unpredictable.

    Fractured Winterglass Item Stats

    Like all Uniques, Fractured Winterglass is a little different than your typical item.

    Locked Stats: Fractured Winterglass will always roll these stats: Cooldown Reduction, Non-Physical Damage, Ranks to Conjuration Mastery, Vulnerable Damage. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

    Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Fractured Winterglass will always roll with: Resistance to All Elements as it's inherent stat.

    Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

    Fractured Winterglass will only drop for its class: In this case, Sorcerer. I haven't personally gotten an off-class unique, if it does happen - it's probably very uncommon. You can say it's a unique event.
