Frostburn (Unique Item)

Frostburn is a Unique Item with the following stats and effects:

Frostburn
Unique gloves
    • Critical Strike Chance
    • Attack Speed
    • Freeze Duration
    • Lucky Hit: Up to a 5% Chance to Restore [X]% Primary Resource
  • Lucky Hit: Up to a [15 - 25%] chance to Freeze enemies for 2 seconds.

    • A touch so frigid it stops the heart and chills the very soul.

    Frostburn directly modifies:

    Frostburn was added into the game during Diablo 4 Season 0 (Base game release).

    Frostburn Item Stats

    Like all Uniques, Frostburn is a little different than your typical item.

    Locked Stats: Frostburn will always roll these stats: Critical Strike Chance, Attack Speed, Freeze Duration, Lucky Hit: Up to a 5% Chance to Restore [X]% Primary Resource. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

    Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Frostburn will always roll with: as it's inherent stat.

    Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

    Being a "general" unique, it (THANKFULLY) will still only drop for classes that can actually "use" or "trigger" its effect.

    I'll also be updating each unique with general thoughts on
    their power level and usefulness.
