Harlequin Crest is a Unique Item with the following stats and effects:

    • Resource Generation
    • All Stats
  • Gain [10.0 - 20.0%] Damage Reduction. In addition, gain +4 Ranks to all Skills.

    Harlequin Crest was added into the game during Diablo 4 Season 0 (Base game release).

    Harlequin Crest Item Stats

    Like all Uniques, Harlequin Crest is a little different than your typical item.

    Locked Stats: Harlequin Crest will always roll these stats: Maximum Life, Cooldown Reduction, Resource Generation, All Stats. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

    Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Harlequin Crest will always roll with: as it's inherent stat.

    Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

    Being a "general" unique, it (THANKFULLY) will still only drop for classes that can actually "use" or "trigger" its effect.

    their power level and usefulness.
