Mutilator Plate (Unique Item)

Mutilator Plate is a Unique Item with the following stats and effects:

Mutilator Plate
Unique chest armor
    • Willpower
    • Total Armor
    • Healing Received
    • Maximum Life
  • You are Blood Lanced, and when Blood Lance would deal damage to you it instead Fortifies you for [1 - 2%] of your Maximum Life and has a 5% chance to form a Blood Orb. Blood Lance deals x [10 - 20%] increased damage.

    Mutilator Plate was added into the game during Diablo 4 Season 3 .

    Mutilator Plate Item Stats

    Like all Uniques, Mutilator Plate is a little different than your typical item.

    Locked Stats: Mutilator Plate will always roll these stats: Willpower, Total Armor, Healing Received, Maximum Life. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

    Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Mutilator Plate will always roll with: as it's inherent stat.

    Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

    Mutilator Plate will only drop for its class: In this case, Necromancer. I haven't personally gotten an off-class unique, if it does happen - it's probably very uncommon. You can say it's a unique event.
