Ring of Starless Skies is a Unique Item with the following stats and effects:

  • Lightning Resistance
    • Lucky Hit Chance
    • Critical Strike Chance
    • Critical Strike Damage
    • Core Skill Damage
  • Spending resources reduces your resource costs and increases your damage by x10% for 3 seconds, up to 40%.

    Ring of Starless Skies was added into the game during Diablo 4 Season 0 (Base game release).

    Ring of Starless Skies Item Stats

    Like all Uniques, Ring of Starless Skies is a little different than your typical item.

    Locked Stats: Ring of Starless Skies will always roll these stats: Lucky Hit Chance, Critical Strike Chance, Critical Strike Damage, Core Skill Damage. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

    Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Ring of Starless Skies will always roll with: Lightning Resistance as it's inherent stat.

    Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

    Being a "general" unique, it (THANKFULLY) will still only drop for classes that can actually "use" or "trigger" its effect.

    their power level and usefulness.
