Scoundrel's Kiss is a Unique Item with the following stats and effects:

  • Resistance to All Elements
    • Critical Strike Chance
    • Ranks to Rapid Fire
    • Imbuement Cooldown Reduction
    • Attack Speed for 4 Seconds After Dodging an Attack
  • Rapid Fire now lobs exploding arrows that deal [15% - 25%] increased damage.

    Scoundrel's Kiss was added into the game during Diablo 4 Season 4 .

    Scoundrel's Kiss Item Stats

    Like all Uniques, Scoundrel's Kiss is a little different than your typical item.

    Locked Stats: Scoundrel's Kiss will always roll these stats: Critical Strike Chance, Ranks to Rapid Fire, Imbuement Cooldown Reduction, Attack Speed for 4 Seconds After Dodging an Attack. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

    Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Scoundrel's Kiss will always roll with: Resistance to All Elements as it's inherent stat.

    Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

    Scoundrel's Kiss will only drop for its class: In this case, Rogue. I haven't personally gotten an off-class unique, if it does happen - it's probably very uncommon. You can say it's a unique event.
