Twin Strikes (Unique Item)

Twin Strikes is a Unique Item with the following stats and effects:

Twin Strikes
Unique gloves
    • Attack Speed
    • Lucky Hit: Up to a 5% Chance to Restore Primary Resource
    • Damage
    • Ranks to Double Swing
  • After casting Double Swing 4 times, your next Double Swing will hit 2 additional times, each dealing [10 - 25%] increased damage.

    Twin Strikes was added into the game during Diablo 4 Season 4 .

    Twin Strikes Item Stats

    Like all Uniques, Twin Strikes is a little different than your typical item.

    Locked Stats: Twin Strikes will always roll these stats: Attack Speed, Lucky Hit: Up to a 5% Chance to Restore Primary Resource, Damage, Ranks to Double Swing. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

    Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Twin Strikes will always roll with: as it's inherent stat.

    Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

    Twin Strikes will only drop for its class: In this case, Barbarian. I haven't personally gotten an off-class unique, if it does happen - it's probably very uncommon. You can say it's a unique event.
