    Yen's Blessing Item Stats

Like all Uniques, Yen's Blessing is a little different than your typical item.

Locked Stats: Yen's Blessing will always roll these stats: Damage Reduction from Close Enemies, Movement Speed, Vulnerable Damage, Lucky Hit: Up to a 5% Chance to Restore Primary Resource. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Yen's Blessing will always roll with: Maximum Evade Charges as it's inherent stat.

Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

Being a "general" unique, it (THANKFULLY) will still only drop for classes that can actually "use" or "trigger" its effect.

I'll also be updating each unique with general thoughts on
    their power level and usefulness.
