Aspect of Encircling Blades is a Rogue class Offensive type aspect with effect:
Flurry damages enemies in a circle around you and deals [8 - 15%] increased damage.
As a Offensive aspect, you can only Imprint Encircling Blades onto:
Amulet, Weapon, Gloves, Ring
