Aspect of Perpetual Stomping is a Barbarian class Mobility type aspect with effect:
Damaging an enemy with Kick or Ground Stomp resets Leap's Cooldown.
As a Mobility aspect, you can only Imprint Perpetual Stomping onto:
Amulet, Boots

Aspect of Perpetual Stomping is available in the Codex of Power. It's obtained from Charnel House in Dry Steppes.

Aspect Effect Scaling
Aspect of Perpetual Stomping DOES NOT SCALE AT ALL. It will always provide this effect in full!
Is Aspect of Perpetual Stomping Good? Worth the Slot?
