Aspect of Piercing Static | D4 Aspects
Aspect of Piercing Static is a Sorcerer class Offensive type aspect with effect:
Charged Bolts pierce, but deal [60 - 40%] less damage to targets hit after the first.
As a Offensive aspect, you can only Imprint Piercing Static onto:
Amulet, Weapon, Gloves, Ring
