Close Quarters Combat | D4 Rogue Key Passive
Close Quarters Combat is a Rogue Key Passive with the following effect (simplified):
Damaging a Close enemy with Marksman or Cutthroat Skills each grant a 10% Attack Speed bonus for 8s. If both bonuses are active, you deal 20% increased damage to Crown Controlled enemies.
Once you select Close Quarters Combat as your Key Passive, you can't select any other Rogue Key Passive. They're considered to be very important parts of your build, so it merits quite a bit of possible discussion.
