D4 S1 Ignoring Pain - Malignant Heart

Ignoring Pain is a Barbarian Wrathful Super Malignant Heart with the following effect:
Incoming damage has a 5-15% chance of being ignored and instead Healing you for 17-68.

Note that the effect above is for Level 20 Characters (usually level scaling only affects hearts with a "numeric" effect). It will appear in-game with the prefix "Caged Heart" of Ignoring Pain.

Wrathful Malignant Hearts, like Ignoring Pain are the equivalent of an Offensive aspect. It will only socket into a "Wrathful" Malignant Socket which are ONLY found in accessories.

As an additional effect, all Malignant Hearts including Ignoring Pain will give armor that scales with its level.

Ignoring Pain and all other Malignant Hearts were first released in Season 1.
