D4 S1 Tal'Rasha - Malignant Heart

Tal'Rasha is a Sorcerer Vicious Offensive Malignant Heart with the following effect:
For each unique element you deal damage with, you deal 7-12% increased damage for 3-10 seconds.

Note that the effect above is for Level 20 Characters (usually level scaling only affects hearts with a "numeric" effect). It will appear in-game with the prefix "Caged Heart" of Tal'Rasha.

Vicious Malignant Hearts, like Tal'Rasha are the equivalent of an Offensive aspect. It will only socket into a "Vicious" Malignant Socket which are ONLY found in accessories.

As an additional effect, all Malignant Hearts including Tal'Rasha will give armor that scales with its level.

Tal'Rasha and all other Malignant Hearts were first released in Season 1.
