D4 S1 The Barber - Malignant Heart

The Barber is a General Wrathful Super Malignant Heart with the following effect:
Critical Strikes and all subsequent damage within 2.0-4.0 seconds is absorbed by your target. Then, the absorbed damage erupts onto surrounding enemies. Stored damage is increased by 10% per second.

Note that the effect above is for Level 20 Characters (usually level scaling only affects hearts with a "numeric" effect). It will appear in-game with the prefix "Caged Heart" of The Barber.

Wrathful Malignant Hearts, like The Barber are the equivalent of an Offensive aspect. It will only socket into a "Wrathful" Malignant Socket which are ONLY found in accessories.

As an additional effect, all Malignant Hearts including The Barber will give armor that scales with its level.

The Barber and all other Malignant Hearts were first released in Season 1.
