D4 S1 The Picana - Malignant Heart

The Picana is a General Vicious Offensive Malignant Heart with the following effect:
Critical Strikes electrically charge the enemy for 0.75-2.50 seconds, causing lightning to arc between them and any other charged enemies dealing 68-136 Lightning damage.

Note that the effect above is for Level 20 Characters (usually level scaling only affects hearts with a "numeric" effect). It will appear in-game with the prefix "Caged Heart" of The Picana.

Vicious Malignant Hearts, like The Picana are the equivalent of an Offensive aspect. It will only socket into a "Vicious" Malignant Socket which are ONLY found in accessories.

As an additional effect, all Malignant Hearts including The Picana will give armor that scales with its level.

The Picana and all other Malignant Hearts were first released in Season 1.
