D4 S1 The Vile Apothecary - Malignant Heart

The Vile Apothecary is a Rogue Wrathful Super Malignant Heart with the following effect:
Your attacks have a 5-15% chance to apply all Imbuement effects at 40-50% of normal potency.

Note that the effect above is for Level 20 Characters (usually level scaling only affects hearts with a "numeric" effect). It will appear in-game with the prefix "Caged Heart" of The Vile Apothecary.

Wrathful Malignant Hearts, like The Vile Apothecary are the equivalent of an Offensive aspect. It will only socket into a "Wrathful" Malignant Socket which are ONLY found in accessories.

As an additional effect, all Malignant Hearts including The Vile Apothecary will give armor that scales with its level.

The Vile Apothecary and all other Malignant Hearts were first released in Season 1.
