Natural Disaster is a Druid Passive Skill with the following effect (simplified):
Your Earth Skills deal 4% increased damage to Vulnerable enemies. Your Storm Skills deal 4$ increased damage to enemies that are Stunned, Immobilized, or Knocked Back.
